I was truly honored to have the opportunity to intern at Slkor Micro Semicon Co., Ltd. from July 3rd to August 19th, 2025. During these 48 days, I not only systematically learned professional knowledge about the semiconductor industry but also deeply participated in brand and product promotion activities. Furthermore, I experienced rapid growth within the company's warm atmosphere, comprehensive training, and rich collective activities, gaining a completely new understanding of the semiconductor industry and professional work.

I. Comprehensive and In-Depth Training System: Safeguarding the Internship Experience
Slkor's characteristic as a "gathering of talents" is fully reflected in its rich training system. The company values not only the basic integration of new employees but also focuses on the dual enhancement of professional skills and industry perspective. The combined internal and external training model was immensely rewarding for me.
Substantive Internal Training
After joining, I participated in several highly targeted internal training sessions:
A leadership strategy sharing session hosted personally by General Manager Mr. Song Shiqiang gave me a deep understanding of the company's development strategy and management logic, and I felt Mr. Song's emphasis on the growth of every employee.
A "Routinization and Systematic Management" training session led by senior colleagues explained in detail the norms within workflows and techniques for improving efficiency. Understanding that the underlying logic of the company's operation is the integration of social resources and standardized contracts gave me a more macro understanding of business operations.
The "Defective Product Handling Process and Communication" training, through the analysis of real cases, taught me how to communicate effectively and handle issues standardly when facing product problems to avoid subsequent risks.
There was also a training session on "RF Coaxial Cable Related Knowledge" by Chief Engineer Qin Xianghong from Kinghelm for the headquarters sales staff, building a professional foundation to better serve customers.
And many more sessions from which I benefited greatly...
Broadening Horizons with External Training
In addition to internal training, the company also invited industry professionals to provide on-site instruction, opening new perspectives for us:
I systematically learned Python software operation, from basic commands to simple data processing. This skill significantly improved my efficiency in later tasks involving promotional materials and organizing industry data.
A "K Plan" lecture by semiconductor industry expert Mr. Tang Shiping provided an in-depth analysis of future industry development trends and technological breakthrough directions, giving me a deeper understanding of the semiconductor field's prospects.
The "Trademark Copyright" training focused on brand protection, explaining the importance of intellectual property rights using the company's actual cases. This had strong guiding significance for my participation in brand promotion work.
Basic semiconductor knowledge training by Teacher Xia, who explained the semiconductor manufacturing process flow, greatly deepened my understanding of semiconductors and moved me a step closer to the professional field...
II. Practical Time in the Promotion Department: Growth from Novice to Proficient
In the Promotion Department, I was primarily responsible for learning semiconductor industry knowledge and participating in brand and product promotion activities. Under the patient guidance of my mentor, I gradually mastered core work skills and completed the transition from a "novice" to someone capable of "independently completing tasks."
In the Promotion Department, my internship revolved around learning semiconductor industry knowledge and brand/product promotion. Guided by my mentor, I grew from a novice into a practitioner capable of completing tasks independently: On one hand, I undertook the translation and optimization of 8 product specification sheets to assist the international business of the foreign trade department. During this process, I meticulously checked professional terms like "power devices" and "voltage parameters" to ensure accurate English translation and adjusted image formats to ensure clear layout, gradually progressing from relying on the teacher's revisions to completing them independently. On the other hand, starting from unfamiliarity with design software and style positioning, I followed the teacher's requirements to "highlight product features and align with the brand tone." By imitating cases and incorporating suggestions like "optimizing the font clarity of chip parameters" and "adhering to the brand's main color scheme," I honed my skills and eventually mastered the techniques for creating promotional graphics. During the internship, I completed promotional graphics for 16 semiconductor products (including power chips and power management devices), some of which have been uploaded to the company website for display, which was highly fulfilling.

III. Warm and Inclusive Company Atmosphere: Healing Like a "Big Family"
Heartwarming Moments
What I loved most about Slkor was the relaxed and warm work atmosphere, along with those memorable little things and collective moments.
Mr. Song always affectionately called us "kids," making us feel completely at ease. Colleagues were also very enthusiastic; lively conversations every morning and during lunch breaks helped me quickly shed the nervousness of being a newcomer.
I vividly remember during my first week, I was eating downstairs, munching away, when I spotted a group of people who looked very familiar – hey, it was the senior colleagues from the company! I made eye contact with them, my mouth greasy, and a colleague laughed and introduced me to the others, "This is our company intern." Everyone instantly laughed. The expression on my face at that moment, both embarrassed and wanting to laugh, still makes me cover my face thinking about it – a classic socially awkward moment! However, it also helped me get closer to everyone faster and made the company atmosphere feel even more vibrant.
Collective Activities Connecting Everyone
The company places great importance on employee integration and emotional connection. During my internship, I participated in several warm collective activities:
In my first week, the company organized a "Newcomer Welcome Dinner" for us new interns. The mentors from the Promotion Department all attended. Everyone shared stories about their hometowns and work experiences. The relaxed sharing instantly made us newcomers let go of our inhibitions. We chatted about our expectations for the internship, becoming familiar with each other very quickly.

Newcomer Welcome Dinner
Our Promotion Department also had irregular afternoon tea sessions. Eating fruit and snacks with senior colleagues allowed me to inadvertently close the distance with my coworkers and truly feel that "work isn't just about being busy; it's also about the warmth of accompanying each other."
Near the end of the internship, the department held a "Farewell Dinner" for us. Everyone sat together, sharing fun stories and gains from the internship period. My mentor specially prepared a "commemorative small gift" for me and advised, "Keep up the enthusiasm for learning after you go back; the future of the semiconductor industry is promising." This gesture deeply moved me.
Conclusion
This internship not only allowed me to acquire knowledge of the semiconductor industry, product promotion, and translation skills but also helped me understand the importance of "workplace collaboration" and "professional rigor." From having a superficial understanding of the semiconductor industry to being able to independently complete basic tasks in the Promotion Department; from feelingat a loss when facing tasks to now handling them calmly – every step of growth was inseparable from Slkor Micro's cultivation and the team's support.
Special thanks to General Manager Song Shiqiang for providing this valuable internship opportunity, to my mentor for patient guidance, and to my colleagues for their enthusiastic help. In the future, I will continue to consolidate the skills learned during the internship, keep abreast of trends in the semiconductor industry, and strive to enhance my professional capabilities. Meanwhile, I sincerely wish Slkor smooth sailing on its development path, early achievement of its IPO goals, and becoming an even more dazzling benchmark in the semiconductor industry!
