In fact, facing the vast and still-growing electronics information industry market, the era of getting rich quickly through extensive management is over. By focusing diligently on management and operation, we can still achieve much. Firstly, we need intensive and meticulous effort. Secondly, we need the concept of hard work for long-term returns, which I refer to as "endurance" and "persistence." Our current competition is relative – it's about outperforming weaker peers. It's like if a fierce beast wants to eat us, we just need to run faster than our companions – blunt but true!
