Mr. Song Shiqiang's Perspective: How to Maintain Growth During Economic Transition

We hope all our peers can achieve growth, or at least maintain their original level or decline less than competitors – that is also a victory. In fact, facing the vast and still-growing electronics information industry market, the era of getting rich quickly through extensive management is over. By focusing diligently on management and operation, we can still achieve much. Firstly, we need intensive and meticulous effort. Secondly, we need the concept of hard work for long-term returns, which I refer to as "endurance" and "persistence." Our current competition is relative – it's about outperforming weaker peers. It's like if a fierce beast wants to eat us, we just need to run faster than our companions – blunt but true! I have summarized six key points: Big beats small, Fast beats slow, Refined beats crude, Calm beats impulsive, Simple beats complex, High-level beats low-level. This can be understood as: In business competition, it's always been the big fish eating the small fish and the fast fish eating the slow fish. As companies move towards refined management, they must abandon extensive management. Calmness is necessary for great achievements, simplicity ensures longevity, and efficiency is paramount. Those with a high-dimensional understanding of the industry and products will surpass competitors with only a superficial understanding.

Our companies, Kinghelm and Slkor, are committed to creating a simple, harmonious, efficient, and progressive work atmosphere. Improving a little every day, constantly focusing on details, and providing continuous training to enhance skills. We hope employees work hard during office hours and enjoy their lives after work, which benefits their physical and mental health and long-term development. This, in turn, allows our two companies to progress steadily and logically.

Kinghelm/Slkor is building a vibrant and creative team. In addition to the Star of the Week selection, we regularly hold tea parties. Mr. Song Shiqiang also leads colleagues from Sichuan and Chongqing to participate in the "Sichuan-Chongqing Semiconductor Fellowship" networking events, as well as the traditional annual "Hometown Food Festival" in early spring. The company has also formed the "Slkor Warriors Basketball Team" and the "Kinghelm Badminton Team," organizing colleagues for team-building games and exchanges. This allows employees to exercise while strengthening friendships, making the Kinghelm/Slkor team full of vitality.
